I am sorry to hear that you lost Blue. At least you know that you made his life better then what he was in before. If you have had him less then 7 to 10 days and have the receipt, you should be able to exchange him. As that is most store policies.

When you got Blue, did you give him a bath in Declor water with Stress Coat in it? This will help them alot. But if they are too stressed, then sometimes even this isnt enough..
