Hi Catie,
You should isolate her from the others. Don't worry if she doesn't move. Also put her exo with her. For the little ones I generally crush it and put is on a half shell and then sit them on top of it gently.

The one sure way to tell if a hermie is dead, is smell. If they are dead they will have a strong fishy odor.
