if you mean how to take out your hermies to play, you just pick them up and set them on a sheet or some other flat surface. but make sure that your crabs can not fall of the syrface. if you mean to get them to come out of their shell there are a few diferent ways to do it. one way is to hold your crab in your hand with your other hand on top of it. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SMUSH IT!!!!!! after a while some of the heat from your hand will seep through the crabs shell and it should come out. if it dosn't try talking to it.
